Titans fall to Huntington

HUNTINGTON, Ind.- Kaitlin Paul made 14 saves in Wednesday's contest against the Huntington Foresters, but the Titans were shutout on the road, losing by a final score 8-0. 

The Huntington Foresters offense tallied eight goals, seven of them coming in the first half. Katie Hooley and Janae Good both scored a pair of goals for Huntington. Four other Foresters found the back of the net, including Junior defenseman Kalaina Stephens scoring in her only shot on goal. 

The IU South Bend Titans had multiple chances to score in the first half of action. The best chance coming via shot on goal by Freshman midfielder Maya Diceanu which just missed putting the Titans on the board, hitting the top crossbar.

IU South Bend returns to action on Saturday, September 3rd, as the Titans travel out of state to take on the Wolverines of Michigan-Dearborn at 1:00 P.M.
