NEW ALBANY, Ind.- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (1-8, 0-0 CCAC) dropped a pair of games to Indiana University Southeast (5-5, 0-0 RSC) by scores of 3-0 and 10-4. 

Game 1

The Titans offense was blanked in game one of their doubleheader, with four runners reaching base thanks to three walks and a single from Maddy Edwards for the only IU South Bend hit of the game. 

Abigail Yarnell started on the mound for the Titans, shutting out IU Southeast through five innings until the Grenadiers scrapped together three runs in the sixth inning as they went on to a 3-0 victory. 

Game 2

Jozie Ramer drew a walk in the second inning of game two to give the Titans their first run of the day and a 1-0 lead. 

IU Southeast answered with one run in the third inning and seven runs in the fourth inning to give themselves an 8-1 lead through four innings of play. 

IU South Bend shortened their deficit with three runs in the fifth coming thanks to a fielder's choice from Maddie Leisher that ultimately scored two due to a Grenadier error. 

Olivia Zarantonello provided the last Titan run as she drew a walk that scored Maddie Leisher. 

IU Southeast plated two more runs in the sixth inning and went on to win game two by a score of 10-4 in game two. 

The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Sunday, March 12th, when they begin the USSSA Space Coast Spring games in Melbourne, Florida.
