Game Recap: Women's Soccer |

Titans fall to Ohio Wesleyan 2-0

DELAWARE, Ohio- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (3-2-1, 0-0 CCAC) lost their game against Ohio Wesleyan University (1-2-2) by a score of 2-0. 

The Ohio Wesleyan Battling Bishops got on the board in the 25th minute of Sunday's contest when sophomore forward Jaz Brooker snuck a shot past Titans goalkeeper Jordan Aiello to put IU South Bend behind 1-0. 

Ohio Wesleyan extended their lead in the 71st minute junior defender Madison Cofer scored a goal off of a free kick to extend their lead and secure a 2-0 victory. 

IU South Bend saw their best chance to score in the 17th minute when sophomore midfielder Alessandro Lozano put a shot on goal that was saved by Ohio Wesleyan goalkeeper Abby Markley. 

Sophomore goalkeeper Jordan Aiello posted a season high on Sunday, saving 16 of the 18 shots that the Battling Bishops put on goal. 

The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Saturday, September 16th, when they host the Saint Ambrose Fighting Bees at 12:00 PM in their first CCAC game of the season.
