ADRIAN, Mich- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (1-4-1, 0-0-0 CCAC) dropped their match against the Adrian College Bulldogs (4-2-0, 0-0-0 Conf.) by a final score of 4-1.
The Bulldogs wasted no time scoring in Tuesday's match, finding the back of the net in just the second minute on a goal scored by Alanna Earl and assisted by Annamarie Fosmoen.
IU South Bend answered in the 14th minute when sophomore forward
Aryanna Allen scored a goal assisted by
Olivia Enyeart to tie the game at 1-1.
Adrian scored again in the first half in the 26th minute on an unassisted goal by Kelsey Zoli to help the Bulldogs take a 2-1 lead heading into the half.
The Bulldogs scored two more goals in the second half, one in the 57th minute and another in the 89th minute to secure their 4-1 victory.
IUSB sophomore goalkeeper
Rylee Cotton made 16 saves in Tuesday's contest while allowing just four goals.
The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Sunday, September 22nd, when they travel to Davenport, Iowa, to take on the Fighting Bees of Saint Ambrose University at 1:00 PM ET.
