Senior TJ DeHerrera put IUSB in front with an RBI double, his ninth double of the season, while RBI singles from Bais and Unger gave the Titans the 5-2 edge after the fifth. Smith's right field RBI single scored Mack in the sixth for an insurance run.

After St. Francis responded with two in the seventh, the Titans quickly responded with a pair in the bottom half. Jake Vanderwoude and Mack collected RBIs in the inning to push the Titan lead to four, 8-4.
