Alison Derdzinski enters her 2nd season as the head coach for the Titan volleyball program after serving as assistant coach for the last eleven years. She is a 2004 graduate of Riley High School where she participated in varsity volleyball, earning letters all four years.  Following high school, she graduated from IU South Bend with a degree in Business with a focus in Human Resource Management.

In 2022, her first year as head coach, Derdzinksi led the Titans to a 16-13 overall record and a 14-3 record in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference, good enough for second place in the regular season. Junior outside hitter Abigail Seeger was named to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) All-American Honorable Mention Team as well as First Team All-CCAC. Senior setter McKenzie Powell also earned First Team All-CCAC honors while junior defensive specialist Suriya Van der Oord earned a Second Team All-CCAC selection.
