SOUTH BEND, Ind. – IU South Bend secured the No. 2 seed for next week's CCAC Tournament on Tuesday night, as the Titans earned a straight-set sweep over visiting Lincoln, 25-10, 25-17, 25-21.

The senior also served up seven aces in the win along with three blocks to finish with 20 points on the night. The Titans jumped out on the Lynx (6-16, 5-12 CCAC) early in the first set, taking an 11-4 lead to start the match. IUSB held their opponent to the lowest point total of the year, holding the Lynx to ten points in the first-set victory.

Keeping the momentum rolling through game two, the Titans scored the first six points of the set behind three service aces from Marchand. A quick three-point rally later in the set stretched the Titan lead to 21-10 after kills from Marchand and Jacobs, and Julie Brown finished out the game with her kill at 25-17.

The visitors played their strongest stretch in the early moments of game three, as the Lynx took a 10-6 lead to open the set. The Titans worked to even the score at 15-15 on another kill from Brown, then moved in front at 17-16 with Marchand's strike.
