SOUTH BEND, Ind.- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (3-20, 3-7 CCAC) lost in five sets to the Roosevelt University Lakers (8-12, 4-6 CCAC) by scores of 25-18, 25-18, 23-25, 20-25, and 18-16.
The IU South Bend offense featured two different hitters to record double digit kills, led by senior
Abby Seeger who finished with a team high 14 kills. Seeger's 14 kills gives her a total of 10 games this season with at least 10 kills.
The other IU South Bend Titans to record double digit kills was
Madison Figg, who finished just one behind Seeger with 13 kills.
Sophomore setter
Emma Knowlton led the passing game for the Titans, recording her third double-double of the season by posting 26 assists and 10 digs.
Freshman setter
Brynn Lake fell just four digs shy of double-double status, recording 17 assists and 6 digs.
Defensive specialist
Sydney Hanna again led the Titans in digs with 18 in the five set contest.
The Indiana University South Bend Titans return to action on Tuesday, October 24th, when they host the Cougars of Saint Xavier University at 7:00 PM in the Student Activities Center.
