DAVENPORT, IA.- The Indiana University South Bend Titans (25-2, 18-2 CCAC) defeated the Saint Ambrose University Fighting Bees (16-12, 12-8 CCAC) by a score of 70-59.
Saturday's victory clinches the 2022-2023 CCAC Regular Season Championship for IU South Bend and automatically qualifies them for a spot in the NAIA National Tournament.
Junior guard
Jazmen Watts led the IU South Bend offense, scoring 15 points on nearly 50% shooting from the field in just 16 minutes of playing time.
15 points on Saturday for Watts gives her back to back games with at least 15 points and five consecutive games scoring double digits.
Both
Rachael Robards and
Maddie Gard finished Saturday's contest with 12 points. Robards reached double digits thanks to her 11th game this season with at least three three point field goals, while Gard tallied double figures on better than 50% shooting from the field in her 22nd game this year with at least 10 points.
The last Titan to reach double figures in Saturday's win was

Clinching the CCAC regular season title earns IU South Bend home court advantage for the duration of the conference tournament, which begins on Wednesday, February 22nd, when they host the Roosevelt Lakers at 7:00 PM in the Student Activities Center.
