Chicago, IL - Three members of the IU South Bend women's basketball team were honored by the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference (CCAC) today for the stellar play this season.
Tenleigh Phelps - First Team All-CCAC
Junior guard
Tenleigh Phelps (Shelbyville, IN) was named First Team All-CCAC for the second straight season. Phelps led the Titans in scoring at 17.5 points per game, which was the fourth best mark in the conference. One of the most efficient players in the CCAC this year, Tenleigh was among the league leaders in several different statistical categories including third in three point field goal percentage (.420) and free throw percentage (.840), fifth in field goal percentage (.561), and eighth in field goals made (157). On February 8th this season Phelps surpassed the 1,000 point milestone during her career at IU South Bend in a game against Saint Ambrose University.
Jazmen Watts - Honorable Mention All-CCAC
Senior guard
Jazmen Watts (South Bend, IN) capped off her career with Honorable Mention All-CCAC honors after a season in which the high scoring playmaker averaged 15.1 points per game. Watts also ranked in the top 15 in the CCAC in several other categories, total points (10th), steals (11th), three point field goals made (11th), field goals made (12th), free throws made (13th), and free throw percentage (13th). Watts concludes her career in a Titan uniform having scored 1,089 career points.
Keylee Hudson - CCAC All-Freshman Team
Freshman guard
Keylee Hudson (Bloomfield, IN) was named to the CCAC All-Freshman Team in first season as a Titan. Hudson scored 9.5 points per game while shooting .526 from the floor and .881 from the free throw line.
The Titans finished the season 19-9 overall and 12-8 in CCAC play.
