IU South Bend's offense was dynamic throughout the match, putting constant pressure on the Manchester defense. The Titans racked up 14 total shots, 10 of which were on goal, forcing Manchester goalkeeper Reagan Claus into a busy afternoon with nine saves. The IU South Bend back line and goalkeeper Rylee Cotton were rarely challenged, with Cotton not needing to make a single save as the Titans held the Spartans to only three shots, none on goal.
The decisive moment came in the 67th minute when Olivia Enyeart found the back of the net, converting on a well-placed pass from Aryanna Allen. The goal was the culmination of sustained pressure that had kept the Spartans on their heels for most of the game.
