Box Score PALOS HEIGHTS, Ill. – Indiana University South Bend women's basketball earned its third straight victory on Tuesday evening at Trinity Christian as the Titans defeated the Trolls by a score of 83-52 inside the DeVos Gymnasium. Four different IUSB players scored in double figures as the Titans improve to 5-0 on the road this season, 10-1 overall and 4-1 during Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference play.

Senior Courtney Raymer led the offense with 12 points off 6-of-10 shooting while freshman Maddie Gard and sophomore Rachel Robards added 11, respectively. Senior Kyleigh Kubik was the final Titan in double figures with 10 as the LaPorte, Ind. native now rhas egistered eight double digit games and two straight.
Junior Taitlyn Trenshaw dished out a game-high six assists to go along with five rebounds while freshman Emma Fisher grabbed a game-high seven rebounds. Junior Courtney Haynes added nine points highlighted by going a perfect 4-for-4 from the floor.
As a team, IUSB for the game shot 51.6 percent from the field, holding the Trolls to just a 38.8 clip. The Titans had just 15 turnovers to the TCC's 21 with IUSB scoring 28 off turnovers. The Titans dominated down low in scoring with 40 points in the paint compared to the Trolls' 20. For the tenth time this season, the Crimson & Cream scored above 20 plus bench points, notching 44 on the night and improving to 9-1 when scoring above 20.
Trinity Christian got the scoring started first with a three just 19 seconds into the game but not until junior Kylie Fehrman evened the contest at 3-3 on IUSB's first possession. Haynes added a layup for her first of nine points to put IUSB up 5-3 en route to a Titan lead the rest of the contest.
IU South Bend takes a break from the action this weekend over Thanksgiving break and returns to the court next week, hosting three-straight contests beginning with Saint Ambrose on Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 5:30 p.m. inside the Student Activities Center.
