Box Score LIMA, Ohio – Indiana University South Bend men's basketball dropped a heartbreaking 93-90 overtime loss at Northwestern Ohio on Friday night. With the loss, the Titans are now 4-2 overall with a 2-1 record on the road.

The Racers jumped out to a six-point lead in the first couple minutes of the first half, leading to a 45-36 advantage heading into the locker room. The Titans flipped the switch in the second 20, outscoring UNOH 46-37 to force extra time. Junior Norell smith event the game at 82-82 with just 18 seconds remaining off a layup.
As the game went back-and-forth during overtime the largest lead came with just seven seconds remaining after a pair of free throws from UNOH's Zach Montes to put the Racers up three. Junior guard Dylan Allen produced one last chance for IUSB with a three pointer missed at the buzzer.
Four players scored in double-figures for the Titans, including senior guard Kourtlandt Martin's team-high 22 points. Allen added 17 while Smith registered 13 points and Kenny Washington had 12 for the Crimson & Cream.
On the board, Smith grabbed his first double-double of the season with a team-high 14 of IUSB's 38 total rebounds. As a team, the Titans shot 42.7 from the field and just 25.8 from behind the arc. The Racers held the advantages in rebounds, 53-38, and assists 18-13.
The Titans look to bounce back next week, beginning Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference play traveling to Holy Cross on Wednesday, Nov. 13 before hosting Olivet Nazarene on Saturday, Nov. 16.
