Lake Scores Weekly Honor

Brynn Lake led the offense to a dominant week on the court, leading to a CCAC Setter of the Week honor.

CHICAGO --- IU South Bend Volleyball was unstoppable through three contests last week. The team did not drop a single set in three conference wins. Brynn Lake was a major part of the success, earning a CCAC Setter of the Week award.

Lake orchestrated the offense throughout the week, as the IUSB setter. She provided consistency as the quarterback, going for at least 28 assists each match.

The junior tallied 30 assists and 12 digs for a double-double against Governors State and went on to average 9.89 assists per set after 31 assists on Saturday against St. Ambrose.

She added to her impressive week with 24 digs, three aces, and nine kills.

Lake and the Titans will be back in action on Tuesday, while hosting a "Dig Pink" night for a match against Mount Mary at 7:00 pm.
