CHICAGO, Ill. - Indiana University South Bend had four Titans who were honored by the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference in the conference's postseason baseball awards. Senior Kaleb Farnham was named Second Team All-CCAC at first base, Junior Riley Thomas was named Second Team All-CCAC as a starting pitcher, Junior Lucas Brown earned a Gold Glove at shortstop, and Junior Nick Turner earned a Gold Glove at the catching position.
Kaleb Farnham was named Second Team All-CCAC, his third time being named to the All-Conference team in as many seasons.Farnham was named a First Team selection in 2023 at the DH position, a Second Team selection at 1B in 2024, and once again a Second Team All-CCAC selection at 1B in 2025. The Hamilton, Ind. native finished the year hitting .335 with 17 doubles, seven home runs, 42 RBI, and a .999 OPS.
Riley Thomas was named Second Team All-CCAC as a starting pitcher. Thomas finished the year with a 5-4 record on the mound throwing 57.1 innings giving up 39 runs, 29 earned, on 58 hits and 42 strikeouts good for a 4.55 ERA and a 1.41 WHIP. Opponents had just a .261 batting average against Thomas, who now sits in third in the IUSB record book for WHIP in a season.
Lucas Brown and Nick Turner were named to the Gold Glove Team, Brown as a Shortstop and Turner as a Catcher. Brown finished the year fielding .928 only making 12 errors in 167 chances. The Gold Glove marks the first one for an infielder in program history. Turner earned his Gold Glove fielding .993 only committing 1 error in 142 total chances while throwing out 16 base runners. Turner led the league in runner caught stealing percentage and earns the first Gold Glove behind the plate in program history.
